We had a great adventure with this RV. Unfortunately there were a few challenges. Many of the Options I choose were changed last minute. As well the reminding ones (bbq, 4 chairs) were not there. The RV was not cleaned when we picked it up which was not a big problem. However the biggest issue was on our return the slider was struck in the out position. We had to put our 4 ways on to get safety to help in order to return to Calgary. It felt very unsafe with young children.

RV is much need of repairs due to significant lack of maintenance and proper cleaning. Many areas inside and outside are in a rough shape and things are falling apart (kitchen cabinets, outside canopy, ceiling roof, etc). This RV shouldn’t be rented in this condition. Communication with owner was not positive. He lacks in basic manners and thinks that because he owns the RV, he can just sends multiple confusing messages to arrange pick up under his terms and times. When finally agreed on a pick up time, he didn’t even show up! He left his teen daughter to deal with us, which leads to misunderstandings. We told his daughter that we were planning to return the camper the last day of rental, during the evening and she said okay. We plan our full 3 days based on that. However, the owner called me the last day at 12pm and demanded to get the camper returned at 4pm! His reason was that he rented the RV to someone else. He also told my husband that by “contract”’ we needed to return the RV at 10am, which is a complete lie! We have copy of contract! As seen on other reviews, it appears that this person has done this before. We also returned the RV extremely cleaned and sanitized, and we handed it over to the new renters, but we were charged $100 cleaning fees, which is not fair! I should have been paid to be honest. Also, please be aware that the bedding are absolutely disgusting! Full of stains and they stink badly. They came with RV and as we don’t need them, we left them in our garage during our trip. I hope this review helps others to be aware of what could happen due to lack of good business practice! Not worth it!

We loved our time with this RV. It was very and clean and we had no issues with all of the amenities. Khojema and his wife were very pleasant to deal with and we would definitely refer our circle back to use these accommodations.

We rented this RV for 12 days in July 2023. This is my honest assessment of the RV. Communication with the host was very good. They were very accommodating to changes as our plans changed prior to our trip. The RV was not what we were expecting. The pictures make it look newer than it actually is and it was in what I would consider a rough condition. I will start with drivability and mechanical. -This RV is very loud, the engine and exhaust are both loud so if you have small kids they may not enjoy it. -The steering is very loose. There is about 2-3 inches of play left and right from centre before the vehicle reacts. This makes it hard to drive on windy days, on narrow roads, or through the city. -The suspension needs work so you will feel every bump, road snake, and dip through the whole RV. If you drive on any gravel roads to get to your campsite the entire RV will rattle very loudly. -The AC will turn off at a certain RPM or when going up hill Overall: I don't recommend this for people who do not have experience driving bigger vehicles or new drivers. INTERIOR: -We had to re wash all the dishes as most of them were dirty -The carpet and ceiling were both very dirty and so were the dish cloths. -Repairs in the RV were not done correctly resulting in screws coming loose or boards coming loose that we had to repair while camping so no one got hurt from a dec screw that came loose. -The interior is very noisy, we had to remove the range grates and rearrange the dishes to make it quieter when driving. Not ideal if you have small kids sensitive to noise. -The frying pans were rusty when we first went to use them. -There are no roasting stick so make sure you either bring some or bring a knife to make some. -There is no awning so you will have to find ways to make some shade outside -THe fridge was not working for the majority of our trip although the host informs me it is now. They did provide us with a cooler but it was very inconvenient when boon docking a ways from any store for ice. -The RV gets very hot, if you dont have power to run the AC then it will get unbearably hot. Overall any interior repairs were done very poorly mostly with deck screws or duct tape. Some of the blinds weren't working and not every window had screens. Not a great interior and that alone was a big turn off for us. GENERAL POINTS: -The host did provide us with some camp chairs -We did rent the BBQ but that was also dirty. -The hoses for water and sewage are short compared to other RV's so plan accordingly if renting a full service site. Overall I wouldn't rent this RV again nor would I recommend it based solely off the safety off it. After 20 years in the military, driving this thing made me more uncomfortable than some of the decrepit vehicles I have driven. On top of how dirty we found the interior we just can't in good faith recommend the RV. The host was good to work with and tried to get the fridge going for us but it didn't work out until after our trip.

Host was very responsive and took the time to show us the RV. The RV had everything we needed and drove well. Overall, the RV is well maintained.

Khojema was excellent to deal with and the RV was as advertised. We had a really nice vacation in his RV and had everything we needed. It is an older vehicle but everything is functional.

Owner was very helpful and kind. Gave suggestion of places to see on our first trip to alberta and helped to make our trip special.

What a wonderful experience. It was our 1st time in an RV. It was a charm to drive. It's clean & organized & had everything that we needed for our stay. The shower is spacious w/good water pressure. The heating kept us toasty warm. We personally struggled a little with the mattresses but I think that's typical for RVs. The only little hiccup we had was closing the slideout & that quickly got fixed. Last but far from least; the owners are simply charming & we were happy to have met & dealt with them. They aim to please & were available & quick to respond when we did need them.

The RV was not clean as it should when we received it, the dark water was full, the owner changed all the agreements we had just before pick up and return. He was not there for the pick up so things were not explained to us. There was no gas for the BBQ.

This unit doesn't come close to what anyone should expect from a rental. Held together with duct tape (literally)with filthy laundry from past users left laying in the beds. Leave now and don't look back.
