The trailer came with some issues however, some very likely could have been preventable by the owners with regular maintenance, and others not. To the credit of the owners, they came back to our camp site to figure out most of the issues, which we appreciated. The trailer was also not very clean when we received it. The size of the trailer and the layout were fantastic. Overall we had a fair experience with this trailer. I think going forward the owners will be better prepared and i expect the next renters will receive a cleaner trailer, and experience far less issues for sure.

Claudia T.août 2018Livré par l’hôteMy husband and I had booked the trailer for the dates of August 16th - 19th and paid the extra $250.00 to have the camper delivered to the site. The Owner asked if she could deliver the camper to the site a day early to accommodate her personal work schedule. I explained to her that it was a Group Campsite and that I did indeed have friends arriving the day before, so she could go ahead and deliver the DAY before our rental contract. The Owner proceeded to show up at the site at MIDNIGHT and tried to set up a 29ft camper in the complete dark with her daughter. When my friends expressed concern of the noise she was making so late at night, she proceeded to accuse them of being rude and unhelpful. She stayed at the site till 4am and never did leave the camper. I would also like to note that she was attempting delivery to site with all the previous renters "waste" still in the holding tanks. NO THANKS. The Owner proceeded to email me the next morning (day of our trip) to tell me that she was not going to deliver and to berate my best of friends! She said the site was too small for the camper and that she wasn't coming back. The site was huge! Could accommodate 50 people and had many awesome places she could have put the camper had she show up in the daylight to see what she was doing. My kids were devastated and we had to miss our first night of camping to gather up alternate sleeping arrangements. It was the worst experience imaginable. MOVE on to the next options for a rental for your family!
