The rv got returned clean, the only thing was the misunderstanding on communication with them tried to accommodate what they want for hours but I have to explain a lot of times that we would try our very best to accommodate they’re time of pick up and drop off. Like I said at the very first time of our conversation month prior that there will be no guarantee unless there is no renter by the time after their rental. He couldn’t understand why he needs to return the Trailer at 1pm I told him the return time was usually at 12pm as we still need to clean the rv thoroughly as there will be a renter next him. I gave him the trailer at the earliest and allow it so he got the trailer at 9am we even offered earlier than that. Because he seems upset a little bit about the time of drop off I tried my best to talk to the next renter which great thing they agreed and understood . I told him 2pm is okay he still ended up dropping them off half an hour late than the time we agreed. Other than that they took care of the trailer. I would still recommend this renter.

Alex was a very nice individual and he took great care of the trailer. I would not hesitate to rent to him again.
