The RV served our purposes for eight nights. There were some issues with the RV and we contacted the owner upon receipt and during the rental period. The owner was very responsive and understanding. However, this RV is not “brand new” as advertised. The rear of the van was in a previous accident and not repaired. The bumper and two doors are taped together and do not close properly. The toilet is a cassette toilet and not a regular RV toilet. Unfortunately, the toilet was broken upon receipt of the RV and we were not able to use it which caused some challenges when boon docking without services. The main systems control panel was not functioning and we had to download an app and use our cell phones to control A/C, generator, lights, tanks, etc. The RV has a temporary dealer plate on the rear and has been neglected requiring a number of repairs, some more major than others. With all this said, we enjoyed our time on the road but expected a better experience given the advertisement. The owner used a third party for the pickup and delivery. When we picked up the RV, we had to sign an additional agreement to professionally clean the exterior or be charged an additional fee plus fill the propane and gas. We went to the recommend truck wash and waited 70 minutes in line. This was on top of the $150 cleaning fee charged on RVEZY. We didn’t expect to have to sign such an agreement agreement given the agreement we previously signed with RVEZY. The additional charges could be substantial if you do not handle accordingly. The owner was very friendly when contacted via phone and very responsive which results in three stars instead of two. If the needed repairs are taken care of, the Thor Sequence is an ideal RV and future renters will hopefully have a five star experience.

We went on 9 days trip with the family of 4. Bill the owner met us at the pickup location, explained the basics and car was prepared. Once we took off everything was working properly, minor leak at the water hose but nothing to interrupt our journey. The awning was missing and I think that was a little surprise for us specially on the hot days but Bill explained that it got ruined previously by other renters and it was long lead time on the parts. RV is pretty new all the appliances working, owner very helpful and always responds to call/text. Lucky for us we had some issues with the car almost at the end of our trip but Bill show up quickly and took care of it.

The owner was great, very nice. RV was easy to drive. Had a great trip and a positive experience.
