We had a bit of a rough start for this family's booking. First booking for them and they weren't sure how everything actually worked. Then a family crisis in the middle of the confirmation period extended things a bit. I believe we managed to iron everything out in the end and rushed to pull it together for the last minute delivery. They had to leave early without a walk through and final inspection again because of an emergency with a group member they were with for the weekend. We managed to communicate any open issues and had them all closed without issue. Hopefully their next rental will go much smoother whether it be with us or someone else.
