The travel trailer was clean, spacious for our family of 4, and exceeded our expectations. Chaz was quick to respond to our questions and was very helpful. We opted for the delivery and pick-up option, which Chaz made very easy. Overall, our experience was amazing and we would rent from Chaz again.

Chaz was super knowledgeable and the pick up/drop off was quick and easy. The camper itself was beautiful and very comfortable for my family of 3.

Paid extra for delivery since we are new to RV’ing. Camper was dropped off at site and not hooked up to water. We had to hook it up ourselves and then buy new O rings because the existing was leaking pretty badly from the hose. Park Ranger said the owner was very rude. Left no instructions for awning, emptying grey tanks, etc. We were told we didn’t need to bring anything other than towels, but there were minimal pots/pans to use, only one full knife with a broken handle, no broom, no soap, etc. The owner was nice enough to mail my husband’s work phone back to us after we left it in the RV. Reached out twice about what we needed to do in order to close out and get our security deposit back, with no response. Had to contact RVezy twice to finally get the $500 back after almost 2 weeks. Will not be renting through RVezy again based on the overall experience
