Wonderful experience. RV was very clean and James provided everything as promised. Delivery was extremely convenient and his response time was immediate. Thank you James for a memorable time! Would highly recommended and would not hesitate to rent from him again soon.

We had a great experience using James and his RV. The geo pro was perfect! Lightweight and it had all of the bells and whistles. James was helpful in every way! He was very thorough in explaining all of the features and how to set the geo pro up. I look forward to doing business with James again and highly recommend him and his travel trailers!

This was my first foray into renting an RV. My family had a 12 hour drive to the campsite so I was worried about the RV and having it delivered to the campsite. Always Open RV and Yeon made it an incredibly easy and awesome experience! They were very professional and made me feel confident they’d deliver. From the moment I inquired about the camper I needed, Yeon was attentive and punctual with everything he said he would do. He asked the right questions to ensure I had what I needed for the RV such as an auxiliary dump tank (he basically saved my trip from a disaster), and we kept in touch every week, for weeks leading up to the trip. Delivery and pickup was a breeze and Yeon went through instructions for the camper and answered all of my questions. He left me the tools I needed to level the camper and to dump the tanks via wheeled auxiliary tank. They delivered and picked up the RV at the agreed upon time. I highly recommend Always Open RV - It won’t be my last trip with this company for sure. Thanks, Yeon!
