Derek is absolutely amazing. Not only was he a thorough communicator, he and his family went out of their way to try and ensure we had the best experience possible. He seems to be proud to share the RVing tradition with others and he was always available to address any questions. He provides all essential supplies and the RV was very well stocked. Our friends who did traditional tent camping at the same time as our trip were envious of the RV and are future RV renters. A+ experience.
