David gave me a full walkthrough of his trailer when I arrived (including the best little bonus features including an upgraded hitch with sway bars for towing like a dream!) Communication was always prompt and thorough. David checked in right from the time of my request to rent to make sure it would be the perfect trailer for me. David was a pleasure to rent from and I look forward to renting the Empty Nester's Cottage again!
