Subject: Review for Renter - Clear Communication and Expectations Our team at Twin RVenture values transparency and accommodating our renters to the best of our abilities. While we strive to meet requests whenever possible, we also have to consider the overall scheduling and cleanliness standards for all our renters. It is important to note that on our page, we clearly outline our pick up and drop off times to ensure a smooth experience for all guests. We do our best to accommodate time requests, but there are instances where it may not always be feasible due to prior commitments and cleaning schedules. Additionally, we take pride in offering a competitive cleaning fee compared to others in the industry. We do request that the trailer be returned in a similar condition to how it was delivered, with minor clean-ups being acceptable. We understand that not all renters may have the same level of cleanliness standards, but we appreciate when the unit is returned in a reasonable state. At the end we still did not charge extra for this cleaning time we spent and we also want to note that time request are still accommodated. Unfortunately, in this particular case, we encountered challenges upon the trailer's return. The cleanliness of the fridge and bathroom, in particular, was not up to the standard we strive to maintain. While we do not typically have to leave reviews of this nature, it was important to address these discrepancies. We value all our renters and always aim to provide a positive experience.
