- Stephanie K.janv. 2024The hosts were very easy to communicate with and available to answer all of our questions. The RV is very nice with a very comfortable mattress. My only concerns were the windshield washer fluid tank didn’t hold the washer fluid we bought and the two drawers that didn’t want to stay closed while moving. I was relieved to find out that the drawers were already like that. I would definitely recommend Cole and Eva and their RV.
- David C.nov. 2022Livré par l’hôteEverything was fine
- Trevor R.nov. 2021Amazing host
- Demi S.août 2021Cole was very thorough going over all we needed to do to hook up the RV and empty the black/gray water, and even provided links to videos he made on how to do so. The RV was very clean, easy to drive, and perfect for our weekend camping trip. Thank you for letting us use your family’s RV, we had a wonderful time!
- Warren C.août 2024Good communication. Truck needed a little tune up on some of the equipment.
- Patti T.août 2024Livré par l’hôteThis RV was perfect for me and my family. This was our first experience with the class CRV. It was very easy to drive. The host was great with Considering they were on vacation at the same time. There were a couple of drawers that would not stay shut while driving and the bathroom door would not stay shut as well. One of the cabinet doors Had damage previously, we were afraid to use it. Overall, this was a great experience and if the need arises in the future, I will definitely consider this RV.
- Michael W.août 2023Our trip was a success, and we had a great time without any mechanical issues or delays. The RV owner provided helpful YouTube videos that taught us how to open the slide, which we wouldn't have known otherwise. However, a few more videos would be beneficial. On the downside, the RV requires some maintenance attention. Initially, the A/C didn't work with the onboard generator, but after communicating with the owner and watching YouTube videos, we found a tripped breaker on the generator itself. Additionally, the outside of the RV hadn't been washed in a while, and we had to clean off dead bugs from the front window when we picked it up. We returned the RV cleaner than we received it. When we first attempted to open the slide, we heard a terrible noise that made it seem like the side of the RV was coming apart. It turned out that empty water bottles were lodged under the slide, causing the noise, and we also found a screwdriver. These incidents made us think the RV hadn't been checked before renting it. Simple fixes, like securing loose storage latches, locks, and drawers, would prevent these minor issues from becoming significant problems for the next renters. Labels on the storage doors would also help renters put things back where they belong. The sewer hose and freshwater hose should NOT be stored in the same cabinet! Some labels and organization would make a big difference, although it might just be my OCD tendencies showing!
