We enjoyed our time in the rv with the exception of the furnace not working on the last night which left us freezing cold, but that was nobody’s fault, Dana explained everything thoroughly and was accommodating to our needs. There weren’t any instructions for how to use the TVs and we were off grid so we weren’t able to contact Dana for assistance with them. The bed at the back was quite comfortable but the drop down mattress was very thin, I wouldn’t recommend this spot for adults. The communication with Explore BC was poor at best. I tried several times to communicate with them about our booking details and didn’t get a response for days. We had booked this rv with the expectation that it was winter ready as described in the ad, but that is not the case. It doesn’t have winter tires and if temps drop below -2 you have to put antifreeze in the water tanks so showering etc would not be an option. We had to change our original plans because of this after booking. Due to Covid no towels or linens were provided but Dana did offer to cover the cost of sheets for the bed if we wanted to buy them. My advice would be to have your list of questions ready ahead of time because 24 hours after booking you will not get a full refund. Read all the policies before you book so you are self informed. Although this is a nice rig, it is not brand new. It had a cracked windshield, the drop down screen over the windshield was broken bedroom door had to be held open with duct tape and the furniture was fairly worn. Overall our experience was good but for the price I was expecting something a bit more 5 star. If there was an option for 3.5 I would put it but I don’t feel it was 4 star.

Nice motor home. A couple of technical issues, but as a previous RV owner (class C), it sometimes happens. Owner was very good to deal with and prompt with any enquires I had. Live the class A dream with this one.

Very nice motor home, I have never driven a Class A before and within an hour I felt comfortable driving. Newer very clean and good orientation to get you on your way, would rent again.

It's a great RV, its a little older but works fine. The owners were very helpful and responsive especially if we forgot how something works.

We enjoyed renting this RV camper for a trip to the Okanagon this summer. The vehicle was as described and easy to drive. We really appreciated that it was fully equipped, complete with campstove, fire pit and chairs. The owner was good to work with, clear in instructions at pick-up / drop-off easy.

Amazing. Everything was perfect. So much fun. Driving it was comfortable even for my first time. It just takes some getting used to and people to help you when you’re in tight spaces. The host was also excellent especially in helping us by phone along the way with all of our concerns. Definitely a 5 star rv camping trip. Something between camping and glamping. It was honestly a lot of fun.

We enjoyed our trip. The RV was clean and comfortable and functioned well. Dana from Explore BC was easy-going and easy to reach with questions. He was clear in his directions on how everything worked. Returning the RV was straightforward. The booking process was a little confused and communication prior to us picking up the RV was disrupted but I believe that was due in large part to the coronavirus changing the way RVezy operated.

We had a great first-time RV experience with this rental. The RV itself was nice, easy to drive, and well equipped, and Dana did a great job of explaining things and helping us over the rookie hump.

Great support from Dana. We were very nervous and he walked and talked us through everything. Such a fun trip!

It was an easy and good experience especially for last minute and first timers. We had lots of questions during our week away and they were all answered immediately. No complaints at all

Friendly owners and no issues with the RV. It drove well and the owners put a fire pit and grill in at no charge. All in, a fun RV vacation.

Dana was a great communicator and very flexible with our booking. He was amazing with checking in and provided clear instructions about what to do. The RV was amazing, and our group really enjoyed the luxurious surroundings. The fuel was very reasonable, and it was very easy to drive. Overall a very enjoyable experience. We will definitely book again!

We got a larger RV than booked. Originally worried about driving it due to size but Dana reassured us and had many helpful tips. This also meant we got a substantial free upgrade. Pickup and delivery went smoothly, and Dana was flexible with the hand in time. The RV was in excellent condition and everything worked as it should. Dana and Laura were super reachable through out, answering any question we had regarding operating the RV by text within 3 minutes. One suggestion would be to have an illustrated pamphlet with and overview of major functions as there are many things to remember. Perhaps a prestige checklist as well. Overall a fantastic experience, and would absolutely rent an RV from Dana and Laura again!

Dana and Laura were good to deal with and both very responsive. The RV (running, exterior, interior) was in good shape. Apparently, there was a quick turnaround between previous renters and ourselves, but we were disappointed to find that some of the dishes were not clean, facecloths were missing (after confirming by phone that they were included), and king sheets were not in the RV, which we didn't find out until we went to make the bed the first night. Otherwise, the RV was fairly clean inside, but we still found previous renters’ hair. The awning had been damaged by previous renters and was not attached, which meant no protection from the rain and no outdoor light. Dana happily reimbursed us for the cost of the sheets and facecloths, but it was more the hassle of dealing with it while on holiday. In addition, while there were many amenities, a few items that we really missed were a mixing bowl or two, a small and medium-sized pot, a kettle, bbq tools (or maybe we just didn't find them?), and a baking tray. These items may not be important if you're eating out, but we rented the RV for a week and like to cook. Given the option we would give 3.5 stars based on above, because we didn’t feel the cleanliness, etc. was on par at $389/night in comparison to a hotel of equal calibre, but we enjoyed the ability to camp.

We loved the RV and enjoyed travelling in it. Dana was very helpful and help us with all our questions. Would recommend it too.

We got Another RV. Whit 100km/day and 0.22CAD/km above that. How many Km we went we realy dont Know. The trip itself was wery nice.

Great RV for BC. Aside from being brand new and quite spacious it's got a v10 engine which made going up home much better and safer than a smaller class C with a smaller engine. Our family has a great trip highly recommended!!!

Everything was easy with Laura and Dana. The RV is amazing and has everything you need in it and has lot of space. It was the perfect rig for our bike trip on Vancouver island.

The Motoehome is super comfortable to stay in even with 4 adults and 2 kids. We really enjoyed the vacation in it. The owner are super friendly and helpful with any questions. Highly recommended for anyone to rent it for their next RV trip.

Good: price was good for large rv and bed is comfortable. Nice to have built in generator. Rv drives and stops alright. Bad: Soft floor in rear of Rv, Heat/Ac issues during our rental, shower leaked into main area of RV when used, windows rattle open during travel.Issues with owner on agreed return time due to same day booking with next renter.
