Delivery was prompt and efficient. He took the time and was very thorough in explaining how the trailer functions which to a newbie is very important. The trailer is outfitted very well with every detail in mind. The beds are very comfortable with memory foam. One of the favourite parts of our trip was the optional projector you can rent.
