Host was very easy to deal with and a good communicator. Good value for the money. Consider a newer RV is driving far as this one is a little bumpy and loud on the road.

We had a ball the rv was like a little house everything worked even the flat screen tv experiencing nature out in the wilderness was amazing I advised you to take the journey with an rv And a kind host like Joseph thanks again.

The RV definitely shows its age. Everything ran, but we definitely had some pains with broken plumbing and sensors. If you get a good price, the RV will get you where you need to go, but expect some complications along the way. Also good to note - there is no backup cam, so if you can't drive without one, be wary. With that said, they had very good communication, and we're available even for dumb questions from an RV novice. The proximity to O'Hare cannot be beat. I'd recommend it, but be aware what you're getting into and the limitations of the RV itself.

We had a great trip, and Joe was very responsive throughout. Even dropping off the RV after hours and picking up our car (free parking for multiple days, also a plus) was nice and easy.

We rented this RV for two weeks for a trip from Milwaukee to Yellowstone and loved it. It had all the room for our three boys that we needed. The overview video really helped us get familiar with the RV ahead of time and it was such a breeze to rent.

The RV was a tad older and very noisy but it was all in all an excellent experience and our Host was excellent and communication was excellent as well. Would definitely recommend!

Getting a RV from joe could t be any easier we will definitely do it again.

The RV was exactly as described and perfect for our group of 8. We were able to comfortably fit everyone and the owners were super helpful with an in depth video ahead of the reservation on how to work everything as well as a little tutorial upon pickup.

Joe and the RV were amazing. Superb customer service and a superb vehicle. We were first time renters on the app. Our family of four flew into Chicago from California, picked up the RV, and traveled throughout NE Wisconsin visiting family. Due to COVID, it was perfect having our own motorhome to sleep/live in while we traveled around. It did get chilly for 1 night, but only because it was 27degrees outside in early November, and we ran out of propane (which was our fault). Regardless, my kids stayed comfortable and that's what matters! My husband and I already talked about renting next year! I'd highly recommend.

It was a very easy process and Joseph was really great to communicate with even though he was at a personal meeting he took time to respond to me..I really appreciate his attention and I would definitely recommend him ..

A little expensive but everything worked and we had no issues with the vehicle. These vehicles seem to get better mileage locally as opposed to the high speeds on the highway so be prepared for fuel costs. All in all we had a great time.

I saw good reviews for this RV that were recent, however, we did not have a good experience. Joe was great and responsive, but most of the important features didn’t work: the heating, the generator, the house battery (died after less than 24 hours of use). It was cold, we couldn’t use the water, the bump outs couldn’t be pulled in due to lack of power (this almost delayed our departure), the truck engine wouldn’t charge the main battery etc. -most if not all of the important features we needed were not available to us on this trip. I hope Joe will fix these for the next guest.

The RV was nice but dirty we had 2 blown tires Lucky we purchase insurance if you rent get the insurance

The owner was unprepared to provide a location for us to park our vehicles and was surprised at our need to leave our vehicles when we were clearly renting an RV and would not be taking our vehicles with us. We arrived as a family of 5 from out of state to the location of the RV with the supplies we would be using for a 10 day trip in the rented RV. Uneasy feeling right from the start. The interior of the RV was filthy. Mouse droppings were in most of the kitchen and other drawers as well as in the storage cabinets. The only sheet for the 4 beds was a fitted sheet on the queen bed that was filthy with bodily fluids in the middle of the bed. The owner quickly sat on the spots as he showed my husband and son the inside of the unit. The pictures used to advertise the RV were clearly taken when the unit was new and therefore are an extremely false representation of the unit being offered for rental. All cushions were filthy and ripped. Cleanliness and false advertising aside, the RV was horribly unsafe, which my family discovered after visiting a service center to replace a flat tire on the RV. However, rather than simply replacing the single flat tire, we learned that 4 out of the 6 tires needed replacing if we planned to get our family of 5 home safely. The owner of the RV returned our phone call regarding the tires in a timely manner and paid for the replacement tires via credit card, which was greatly appreciated as the tires needed to be replaced from the moment we pulled the RV out of the renter’s parking lot. Overall, very poor experience with this rental. We will NOT be back!!!
