Fantastic people to work with, Trailer drop off and pick up made easy and on time. The trailer had more then enough room for our family and everything we needed was there.

Jim and Melissa were great hosts! Communication leading into, during, and after the trip was clear and friendly. Set up was done thoroughly and Jim did a great job of explaining how the RV works. Everything was very well equipped and Melissa even set up some great welcome treats that our daughter was thrilled to find. We could not have hopped for a better experience.

Our stay was really wonderful and the rental would have gotten 5 stars if the checkin conditions were better. Upon our arrival the camper was not well organized and the owners left many of their personal belongs inside. The bathroom had many of the owners toiletries including tooth brushes, mouth wash, toothpaste, razors, makeup bag etc that I needed to clear away and the storage cups that held these items needed to be wiped down before we could put our own personal items in to use during our stay. The kitchen was not organized, there were plates, cup, pots, pans, large utensils shoved in various cupboards including the oven. The pantry was also filled completely full with the owners food items which I pointed out at checkin the owner said I could clear away anything that we didn't want so I packed up the pantry and my kids hauled it out to the owners car. The kitchen I ended up reorganizing so that I could be able to cook and put things away properly. Over all the kitchen functioned well after I organized it but it was missing some essential items I have listed below. My only other recommendation for this area would be to remove old plastic containers that don't have matching lids, useless cups and bowls etc and to keep all like items togethers so renters can easily find their way around during their stay. Missing essentials: Coffee pot Bottle opener Cork screw Coffee mugs (there was only one coffee mug) Toaster Kettle(finally found in the bedroom closest during checkout) We were told to bring out own bedding and linens but when we arrived there was bedding just loosely thrown on the beds along with and extra TV. Usually in rentals if bedding is supplied the beds are either made or the bedding can be found neatly folded in a closet, Again a small but important detail as I had to clear away all this bedding as well before I could put our own linens on. What we loved about this rental, firstly the owners are very nice and easy to deal with and they always responded very quickly to any questions we had. The outside bar as our favourite thing, so easy to make drinks and for the kids to grab bottled water from the fridge! My only suggestion would be to stock it with reusable plastic cups including steam-less wine glasses, a bottle opener, cork screw and paper napkins. The camper was very large and the endy mattress in the master bedroom ensured we has a goodnight sleep. We also loved that there was a TV and some DVD's so the kids could relax before bed after long days of being in the sun. The bedrooms also had wonderful little ceiling fans that blew in cool air at night so you didn't have to run the AC all night. The rental also came with a large drying rack for outside and outdoor mat which were very useful during our stay.

Loved this trailer!! Tons of room for the kids. The massive private bunk room at the back was perfect for the kids. The trailer came with everything we needed and was in excellent condition. Jim took his time and went through everything with me during check out. Jim and Melissa were amazing to deal with. Prompt at responding to our questions and very accommodating. I would rent from them again in a heartbeat!

Excellent RV, and service by Jim and Melissa was even better. Can't say enough good things about owners and would gladly request to rent again!
