I accept the charges listed above for the delivery and dumping. The trailer was clean when delivered. There were a couple if items I documented in pictures to the owner immediately (big circular mark on the floor, broken tub/sink drain stopper). Paper products/cleaning supplies etc. were provided. However, we have several issues that we feel need to be addressed concerning our stay: 1) The trailer was not parked where it was assigned, and so we did not have access to 30amp power. The excuse given by the delivery person was not valid, as the site manager would have assisted in the retrieval of the trailer at the end of the booking. This resulted in not being able to use the AC/overhead heater unit. There were several very hot days which were quite uncomfortable under the circumstances. 2)The delivery person also ignored suggestions for parking in the site eventually used, and therefore we could only open the canopy part way before hitting the unit next door. 3) The weather turned very cold (30s during the night) for a couple days, but despite several attempts, we could not get the gas furnace to ignite. The fan would come on for a minute or two, then shut off. We froze the first night, and found the space heater provided for the second night. 4) There was no small (1 or 2 quart) pot, in which to cook "instant" rice dishes. Tried once in the large "soup-size" pot with undesirable results. 5) There were no microwavable dishes/cups other than one small glass baking dish. Almost everything provided had "not for use in microwave" warnings. #s 4 & 5 combined to make it fairly impossible to cook, therefore we were forced to eat out for some of our evening meals. This resulted in unplanned expenses for the meals, as well as the multiple drives to Groveland or Clermont (20-30 extra miles each time). At the rising cost of fuel (we use diesel), this was inconvenient as well as expensive. Since we endured the AC/heat/cooking inconveniences, we should be compensated for at least part of the food/fuel expenses.

RV was nice, we had a good time

Would not recommend. The owner did not give contact info as required- only would communicate through website. When camper was delivered we found out only one twin sheets supplied for the 4 beds. And no towels except 1 small thin one. Owner states it was in agreement but was not. AC was only small window unit that leaked on the bed when turned to cool and the heat did not heat at all. Mini-frig did not cool enough to refrigerate anything. We had to buy mattress pad to make bed not feel like plywood. When requested partial refund she ignored. The girl who delivered it was very helpful.
