We recently had the pleasure of renting "Layla: The Family Camper" for a week, and I can confidently say that it exceeded all our expectations in every possible way. From the moment of initial contact to the time we bid goodbye to the trailer, the experience was simply exceptional. At the end of the week, our 3-year-old daughter was quite disappointed that someone "was taking away her trailer", which tells you all you need to know about how much my kids enjoyed their week. We were welcomed by a space that was pristine and well-kept, presenting a comforting aura of cleanliness. The trailer looked clean, smelled clean, and felt clean. Every item in the trailer was in great condition, leaving us with no concerns about any possible breakdowns or inconveniences during our stay. Our children, in particular, enjoyed their time in the trailer immensely. The bunk beds were a particular hit - the safety rails provided ensured our peace of mind while they delighted in their cozy sleeping quarters. Speaking of peace of mind, I must commend the incredible service we received throughout our rental. Communication was fluid and effective from the get-go, with Jess promptly answering all our queries and providing detailed information when needed. The drop-off and set-up service was a breeze. The trailer was delivered directly to our campsite and set everything up on our behalf. Jeremy gave a great tour of al the features and was really great to work with. This convenience allowed us to start our camping adventure immediately without any hassles or stress. All in all, our week in this camping trailer was nothing short of perfect. It offered a blend of comfort, cleanliness, and superior service that is hard to come by. I would highly recommend this camping trailer to any family looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable camping experience. The host was amazing for communication. She always answered in a timely fashion leading up to our departure for our trip. She was very accommodating and friendly ensuring we had a great trip!
