Best rental ever. Love my experience. Great service plus RV was top shape. Will do it again.

What an experience!! We had a mini family vacation (2adults and 3 kids) from Ottawa to Wonderland, Toronto and Niagara Falls (KOA campground) It was our first time renting an RV and Renée was a gem to deal with! The rv was super clean, and fully loaded with all your needs. Renée was very accommodating and answered all our questions and requests. 100% recommend and we for sure want to do it again!

Nous avons eu un très beau week-end grâce à la location de ce RV. Renée la propriétaire est une femme très sympathique. Elle est facile à rejoindre, flexible sur les heures de ramassage et retour du RV. Beaucoup d’équipements inclus avec le RV. Merci beaucoup Renée!

Renée was pleasant but did not provide a full orientation of the vehicle, including the lack of jacks for stabilization, the way to operate the hose (we had to buy a new one) and the lack of an extension for the sewer hose or an adapter and extension for the electrical chord. These were all critical things that needed to be discussed prior to using the vehicle. In addition, it takes some time to get used to the steering and rearview camera is only useful for vehicles that are directly behind you.
