Had a great timing renting this van for the second time

This was supposed to be a big 2 week adventure for us and our dog. Unfortunately, our dog (who normally travels well) was super anxious and nauseous from the van. We hadn’t anticipated that the swaying of such a tall vehicle would be a problem but it was and we ended our trip after only two days. All that said, the van was great and working with Vinh was awesome, he’s a great communicator and very kind would highly recommend renting his van.

We recently rented a camper van from Vinh and Tram for a trip to Algonquin Park and Tobermory, and we couldn't have been more satisfied with the experience. The van was in excellent condition, and well-maintained, which made our journey comfortable and stress-free. Vinh provided clear and detailed instructions on how to operate everything in the van, which was incredibly helpful. His communication was crystal clear; he was always available to answer any questions we had before and during our trip. It was reassuring to know that we could count on his support at any time. Traveling with our dog was a breeze thanks to the spacious and accommodating setup of the van. We had an unforgettable adventure and would highly recommend renting from Vinh for anyone looking to explore the great outdoors in comfort and style.

Using the RVezy app made me a little nervous but Once I connected with Vinh about the camper details my confidence about my decision grew. I arrived late but he went through everything I needed to know to get started on my way and true to his word he was just a text away when I had a question. We had a wonderful four days in Vinh’s Solis. Everything was as advertised and the van has been maintained very well. Vinh himself was also exceptional with a great attention to detail including an excellent run down of the van before we left and he always communicated in a timely matter. Would rent again from Vinh for sure!

Vinh was very accommodating when setting up viewing, pickup and drop-off times. Also easy to reach during the trip to address any questions we had. The RV was very functional / comfortable and met all our needs and was as Vinh had described it. We would definitely rent it again if the opportunity arises.

Il sait nous mettre nous-même en confiance avec son véhicule de grande valeur. Son van était parfait pour nos besoins et il a pris le temps de nous expliquer son fonctionnement de façon ludique, simplement et en français ce qui nous a grandement aidé pendant notre voyage. Il nous a posé de bonnes questions sur notre itinéraire afin de nous donner ses trucs et conseils lorsque nous étions en autonomie. Nous avons grandement apprécié ses services au retour de la van et la facilité avec laquelle nous pouvions communiquer avec lui pour toute question. Le van était tout équipé, il ne manquait rien (vaisselle, couverture, café, thé, ventilateur, …). Nous le recommandons sans hésitation.

C’était notre première expérience en VR et nous avons grandement apprécié la qualité du véhicule, les documents fournis d’avance et la présentation détaillée par Vinh. Nous vous recommandons ce VR sans hésitation !

Very positive experience renting the RV from Vinh. The information package provided explained in fine detail the complete operation of each system. Vinh further complemented this with a very thorough walk-through at pick-up. The provided equipment including all the cooking implements allowed us to not worry about the RV and just concentration on having a great trip. I would certainly rent this RV again from Vinh

We rented the RV from Vinh for three nights. He was very helpful, flexible, and took the time to explain everything to us. Vinh provided us with a helpful brochure and video links that guided us through using the RV. These resources were invaluable, especially as beginners. We appreciated the attention to detail and the effort put into making our trip hassle-free Throughout our rental, he was readily available to answer our questions and provide guidance. We felt supported and well taken care of throughout our journey. The RV itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It had everything we needed for a pleasant and enjoyable camping trip.

We had a great trip with this RV. It had everything we needed and lots of space to safely store our things. Vinh was great at communicating with us and his how-to manual was super helpful.

We had a wonderful, comfortable 6 day road trip through the eastern US in this lovely Winnebago. The RV was perfect for our small family of 3 and everything within it was intuitive to use/operate. We were perfectly comfortable the entire trip and had a blast touring around in it. Vinh was excellent to communicate with. He offered plenty of helpful information prior to our departure, a thorough walk through upon pick up, and was quick to respond to any questions we had en route.

The host Vihn was amazing. He looked after us even when we had minor issues. We really appreciated his support. The Van was incredible and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great camping/travelling experience.

We rented this stellar 2021 Winnebago Solis as our first adventure into RVing. This RV is sparkling clean and thoughtfully stocked. The owners anticipated all our needs, and also provided a fantastic mini manual and walkthrough when we picked up the vehicle. Easy to drive, we took the RV to a provincial park and to a farm house wedding, and the vehicle was the perfect sidekick throughout. We used the shower, heater, cook top, toilet, and pop top bed - all without issues for two tall people. Easy to dispose of waste. Relaxed host who was highly responsive and kind. FULL 5 STARS WELL DESERVED!

Vinh was awesome to deal with. Communicated well, gave a great tour of the Solis, the vehicle was i great shape and easy to drive. It was perfect for my trip and I plan on being a repeat customer.

Amazing vehicle. Perfect for us (family of four, two kids under 10 years old). Easy to drive and maneuver. Vinh is an excellent communicator before the trip, explaining how everything works, and during the trip as he checks in to see how things are going. We had an excellent vacation up to Gaspe and the Solis was the perfect way to get there and back

Vinh and his camper van are the best!! As RV newbies, Vinh provided excellent advice, communications and a manual that made our first experience fantastic. We had absolutely no issues with any of the van systems and had clear instructions on how to empty the grey tank and cassette toilet and fill the water tank. Being the fall, the weather was cooler and we had plenty of hot water and heat with a press of a button. The lighted water level indicator in the van made was a handy way to keep track of water usage and a cool nightlight as well. The camper was perfect for 4 days of off-grid camping with everything you could possibly need except maybe your own pillows and camping chairs. The kitchen was a delight to prepare food with all the utensils, pots, dishes and even great coffee provided. We found the lower bed very comfortable and it easily fit two people including my six-foot husband. It took little time to adjust to driving the van, but due to its weight you may need to take a run at going up steep hills. It also switches gears to slow down when going downhill which is great for reducing the need to brake. Excellent visibility with mirrors and back-up camera so maneuvering around campgrounds was a breeze despite its size. We look forward to renting with Vinh again and loved everything about our experience!

Fantastic experience with Vinh and his Solis 59P. The vehicle is exceptionally well equipped, stocked with everything that you would have likely forgotten! In addition, his vehicle manual is very helpful and will get even the most novice RV driver feeling comfortable. A+ experience with both vehicle and vehicle owner.

Vinh was a great host and we would book with him again. I was very impressed by his efforts to organize and provide instructions. He has a unique and almost new RV with the ability to accommodate our family of five, and also offers flexible options for sleeping using the Cabbunk!

The Solis van is great! It drives very much like an ordinary van, so it's very easy to drive. The van comes with pretty much everything you need for camping so you don't have to worry about bringing your own dishes, sheets etc. We had a great one week vacation at Sandbanks. With the solar panels on the roof, the van's battery can last 2 or 3 days without any electrical connection, so you can even have a non-electric site at a provincial park. Vinh was always very helpful. He gave an excellent 1 hour overview of how to use the van when we picked it up, and he was always available via text if we had any questions.

It was our first RV trip and we loved the RV - amazing experience! 100% recommend for the beginners (as we are) and for the experienced people. Vinh is very friendly, helpful and punctual. He gave us a very detailed tour with instructions, so that we felt comfortable. We rented RV for 17 days and had a very long trip, but driving was easy and no problems with parking because of the RV's compact size. The RV had everything we needed: a comfortable bed (very important for us), well working refrigerator, a fully stocked kitchen including French press, spices etc. We were surprised how much storage space we had for our long trip! Vinh organized everything very well, thinking of every detail to make a trip comfortable. We had only 2 of us for the main part of the trip - RV is perfect for a couple's vacation. It is also very comfortable for a family with kids. Our son and our granddaughter joined us for a couple of days and they absolutely loved it! Vinh, thank you very much for making our special vacation so enjoyable!
