Great weekend!

Great experience and Robert is very helpful both before, during and after the trip.

So, as a first time RV renter I was expecting few things to be smoother. But it didnt went as I expected. We rented the RV for 3 night for 6 people including kids/enfant. First day was fine. We had an issue with water pipe connection. One end of the pipe is metal instead of the air tight plastic one and it was leaking. Luckily there was a vise/plier and we fixed it. Second day the kitchen sink backed up! Shower and washroom sink was still ok. After messaging Rob on RVezy apps, I open the sink drain pipe/ u-pipe and there was lots of older residue. I clear that up and hope for the best but still backed up. We stopped using kitchen sink. I tried to flush the grey water tank (although there was no light on for grey water) however, I couldn't (although we had full service RV spot), the sewer hose was too small to drain the sewer. And as first time RV renter, I didnt wanted to remove all setup and drive to the dump station just to flush the grey water! This RV is design for dump station flush, therefore, if you have sewer outlet at your spot, it wont work! Also, the hose is missing lock at the dump outlet, therefore you have to hold it to avoid any spill. The next morning grey water system backed up in shower and washroom sink!! I had to borrow longer hose from other camper and use that to flush both the grey and black tank. By the way the black water light was 2/3 when we picked up and Rob said there is a sensor/ clog issue. Therefore, when we flush everything; grey water light was still off and black water back to 2/3. When I flush grey water there was quite a bit of flow, not sure why it was not even showing 1/3 or 2/3 full. Anyway I thought it would be fine for the last night. However, the grey water backed up again!! The last day, in the morning I borrowed the longer sewer hose again from other camper and flush both black and grey water for return. We pre paid for our emptied septic, however, when I asked Rob, he was kind enough to return the pre paid septic fees. About the drive, it drove smooth, fridge, AC worked fine. The RV was clean when we picked up and we returned it pretty clean too! Another thing I would like to point out for the first time renter, if you need to reach Rob, he is available via RVezy apps/ message and sometimes those campgrounds/ rv parks dont have the best internet networks!!! Could have been a great getaway, if I didnt had to deal with the clogging issue. As first time renter I wanted the service at my spot, however, without the longer sewer hose it didnt worked. Also, in my opinion longer sewer hose is handy, if you need to flush and your spot is full service you can flush it without removing all of your RV setup and taking it to the dumping station. I will keep that in mind for my next RV rental and wont rent without that!!! Thanks!

We had an excellent 5 day trip with the vehicle and were most impressed by the quality and cleanliness of our RV. Great road trip / weekend get-away even though it rained. Stayed dry with this set-up. Robert was so helpful showing us all the ins and outs before we hit the road. Will definitely rent again !!

Amazing experience! Was my first time renting/ driving an Rv and Rob was very detailed in the walkthrough and on showing how everything worked! Really appreciated the flexibility with the pick up and drop off times and the complimentary snacks & treats left for my kids were very enjoyed! Truly a great time!! Thanks!!
