Our girls (3.5 & 1.5 years) had plenty of space for their toys and to run around in, plus the bunk worked great for sleeping. We loved that we could do a good bath after a beach day. Kevin provided everything we needed for our trip. All we added was some bedding, food and clothes. Plus we had a corner for our dog to sleep in. The only suggestion I could make would be to have a small vacuum in the unit for renters to use as there is carpet in many places. If/when we book it again we will be bringing one.

Kevin was very helpful and great to deal with. He even left us fixings to make smores. We would definitely rent this unit again.
