Edgar, his wife and two dogs had our little trailer for a one month period on a road trip to Banff AB. Trailer main lock was broken on day one and he did get a locksmith to open the door, and we replaced it upon return. Communication was good throughout this incident and we did follow up to make sure that he got access to the trailer. While there were no other issues, this will be the only time in our 3 years, renting out two trailers steadily, that we leave less than a 5 star review for this renter. We would have been embarrassed to return a trailer with the amount of cleaning that it required, mainly to the brown sink, microwave, bathtub and fridge. This was the dirtiest return we have experienced, certainly worth far more than the $25 cleaning fee we charge. If you decide to rent to these renters please ensure you leave enough time between rentals to thoroughly clean your unit.
