Awesome renters

Ryan was not honest in his booking request. His booking was based on 2 Adults and 0 kids. Once I dropped the trailer he changed his story after I asked him how many people would be joining him. The camper sleeps 8 people and he is well within his rights to fill it to max occupancy, but why not just be honest about it? I delivered the camper with the exterior and interior cleaned. When I got it back from him the exterior was not cleaned and the interior floor was full of beach sand. Not a big deal but a simple sweep would have done the trick. Lastly, my trailer has an all weather undercarriage insulation cover, that cover was ripped off at the front of the trailer. Looks like it must have caught on something either while being towed or while being ferried by the tractor on the beach at Lake McConaughy. Ryan said he was unaware of the damage, that may be the case, who knows. I am willing to give him the benefit of the doubt.
