Katie and Brett were easy to deal with, good communicators, and able to fulfil our requirements as customers and renters of their RV. The RV was delivered to our campsite in a timely fashion, and promptly set up by Brett with good instructions to myself and my family. This trailer is beautiful. Only a couple of years old, the RV is in excellent shape and looks brand new. Brett mentioned that we were only the 2nd renters ever. It rained while were in in Algonquin several times, and it was such a pleasure to stay warm/dry/cool in the camper, listening to the rain fall. Having a full kitchen was a dream for meal preparation, and the fridge/freezer, microwave, stove top and oven worked well. A nice TV mounted across from the dining slide with DVD and indoor/outdoor speakers made for some good moments during rain and quiet times. The Queen bed's mattress is brand new and very comfortable. The double bunks are a nice size, but the mattresses are quite thin, and my children complained that they were a bit uncomfortable as you would sink right down to the wood underneath. Bolstering these mattresses by putting a thermarest under them we speculated may really improve the experience for anyone over 100 lbs. Would recommend that you bring either a thermarest or foam padding for the bunks. The large electric open/close awning was great to keep a picnic table and stuff dry, and meant I didn't even need the large tarp I brought up with us. Great experience overall, and I would definately rent from these owners again. Thanks for helping us have a memorable week glamping!

Amazing!***** From start to finish, our experience with Katie's Imagine 24BH was excellent. We were very fortunate to book with Katie's TT after our previously booked rental canceled on us (this happened for the second summer in a row - after booking our Algonquin Park site and trailer five months in advance). Katie was always quick to respond to any questions and concerns about storage, amenities, and delivery times. The trailer is amazing and suited our families' camping needs perfectly! We camped for two weeks at Mew Lake in Algonquin Park - the queen bed was very comfortable, the double over double bunks perfect for our teens, and the bathroom and kitchen spacious w/ great storage space. The rental includes dishes, pots, games, etc. There were no issues whatsoever. Delivery drop off and pick-up was early and professional. We would definitely book with Katie and family again!
