Good family , the rv was returned clean unfortunately, incident happened on the front window And we know it was an accident The renter was willing to communicate. But, other than the incident he seems to be a great man and willing to cooperate so, Thank you for that. Lesson learned will have to put more preventative although when we bought the trailer we added extra cost to put already a preventative film.
