Wonderfully kind and respectful renters. Returned our van in great condition. Also returned it one day early to our home, which was not expected. Thank you so much for renting with us!

Jennie was a a great renter. Had some minor issues with Mercedes functions of the van (seat belt, alarm, e-brake) which could not have been predicted especially since van is practically new van, but Jenni was very understanding and we are able to work through the issues. Disappointed in Mercedes, but happy that Jenni was patient and worked through issues with me. Van will be going into dealership for fixes next week.
