We rented from Paul for our 2023 camping trip to Alberta. The trailer exceeded our expectations and the host was helpful and responsive with any questions we had. The trailer was clean and preformed well. Because we travelled from Toronto, Paul helped us (let us borrow) some additional items to make sure our vacation was smooth. I recommend this trailer, as well as this host.

Camper was great for the two nights we rented it for. We had plenty of room for our family of 5 and 2 dogs. Equipped with everything we needed. Communication with Paul is quick and he was very flexible with our pickup and drop off time. Would rent again.

Great communicator and easy to work with. Was available to promptly answer any of our questions and provided video clips to help us understand. A nice unit that is asy to haul and set up. Camper came with all the amenities advertized. Including lots of extra touches that many dont offer.

Paul was excellent to deal with; communicated in a timely manor leading up to the trip and was flexible as we had to change some dates due to plans changing unexpectedly. The unit was very clean and suited our family of 6 perfectly. It was also well stocked with supplies which included tons of movies for the kids to watch when the weather wasn't great. We towed it with our SUV (Chev Traverse) and it did great. We would definitely rent this unit again and we had a great time on our trip. Thanks Paul, it was a pleasure!

It was our first time camping with an RV and Paul was very helpful and patient explaining everything to us. We had a great experience renting from him. The RV had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable.

Paul’s trailer was nice, however our camping trip was definitely overshadowed by a couple issues. First, the set up instructions were provided as YouTube videos, which was problematic as we were deep in the mountains and didn’t have service to view them. Thankfully, setting up the trailer isn’t rocket science but be mindful of this if you are not an experienced camper. The second and mostly devastating thing was that the heater didn’t work. We were camping two nights with very young kids and both nights the temperature dropped to zero and below! Paul did refund us 25% of the cost of the trailer, which we appreciated. My concern is that I told Paul about the issue as I was on the way to his house to drop off the trailer and he seemed genuinely surprised about there not being any heat, however when I dropped off the trailer and spoke to Paul’s wife who responded “I thought Paul had fixed it”. At the end of the day, if the heater was working then we would have had a great trip so I would just recommend checking the appliances before taking the trailer, though it does seem cumbersome, you can save yourself some grief.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get to use the rv for personal reasons. Paul was very good in communicating, but I have to say that the rv was not what I expected. The mattresses were visibly very old and in bad shape. The couch looked like it wasn’t properly cleaned in years, it looked dirty. There’s a not very pleasant smell inside the rv and the sink and stove were not clean. The pictures don’t really show the actual current conditions of the rv today.
