The RV was clean, roomy, and comfortable. Matt was really easy to talk to and set up pick up and drop off, also any questions I had Matt always answered the phone. The RV was very reliable we drove it to Utah and back from Connecticut and had no issues. Also we had forgotten a very important item in the RV and Matt called us when cleaning the RV to return to us, very appreciative thank you

Generator broke the first few days of our vacation. Had to do an emergency campground switch at 8pm so we could plug in somewhere with AC since it was 98 degrees outside. Matt did a great job arranging a technician to come help within a few hours . We were a little bummed when the technician let us know the generator was not able to be fixed and had not been maintained properly (no oil, wiring not secured properly, packing coils corroded). However Matt quickly arrange for a protable generator to be delivered with in 24 hours so we could go back to our original campground. No generator on the ride home made for an uncomfortable end of the trip but overall we had a good experience and definitely learned what questions to ask before we hit the road next time.

Matt was very accommodating to questions and made the experience go very smoothly.

We rented this RV from Matt for a 3 day trip to Lake George. Matt had taken effort to stock the RV with plenty of drinking water, utensils, dinnerware, items to prepare s'mores, etc. The RV was clean and Matt explained every minute detail on how to operate. The vehicle drove nicely and we did not have any issues during the entire trip. Strongly recommend renting this RV from Matt.

Matt was an an excellent host and attentive to all our questions and concerns. Only downside was that the RV was a rough drive. Didn’t realize seeing that it was our first experience utilizing an RV. In the future I will not rent for a long distance drive. More for local and campground use. We will chalk it up to our experience (or lack there of) rather than anything the host did. Host was professional and accommodating.

Matt was great. I can't say the same for the rv. The rv has 267000 mile on it and it drove like it had that many miles. Driving between 60 and 70 mph, the whole front end shook violently. To the point I felt that it was not safe for the road. And every little bump we hit the racket that came from inside the RV was unbearable. I feel that when campers have this many miles on them they should not be on the road or at least do maintenance on vehicles with so many miles. At this point I do not think we would ever rent an RV again.
