Very easy to coordinate details with Tammy and Bernie dropped the RV off and set everything up and explained everything that was in the RV. And everything was there! Cutlery, plates, and a great Queen mattress to sleep on. It made for a very relaxing holiday. All we needed to bring was our own sheets and towels. We will definitely use Rvezy and Tammy & Bernie and their RV again!!

On top of being a clean unit in the pictures, Tammy and Bernie were amazing to deal with. They answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly through the chat before we arrived! They were in contact right up until the delivery of the unit. They were on time and went through everything with me in-person (some things a few times...this was important as I'm not well-versed in travel trailer operations. lol.) The unit itself had everything we needed...and more! I rented this unit to attend a wedding and so I didn't have time to pick up & set up or take down and return the trailer. We paid the delivery fee and it was worth every penny! Bernie had everything set up, spotless, and ready to go on our arrival, and was there promptly at our requested departure time. Our experience was completely hassle-free! If this is your first time using RVezy and/or you have any doubts at all about the RVezy experience, or maybe you are a returning RVezy customer checking out a new area...regardless, I highly recommend Tammy's 2011 Salem Travel Trailer and Tammy/Bernie-thanks so much guys!
