Wonderful RV for our large family. Plenty of space for everyone. Tons of extra camping gear/equipment available that made the trip nice. We absolutely loved our time in Banff and Jasper with this RV. Blaine and Jodie were extremely helpful and had excellent communication throughout the entire process. I would absolutely book with them again. Hopefully we’ll be back someday.

Unit wasn’t clean when we got it, spent an hr cleaning it and had to make the bed with our own bedding. Had multiple issues with the unit, the batteries were bad so the Gen had to run all the time. Even when driving for 8hrs the batteries only charged 1/4 and after plugging in for 8hrs same thing. The step kept coming down on us and had to pull over multiple times. The owner was very helpful on the phone and got back to me right away. The previous renters really abused it and he wasn’t able to fully go through it before we took it. So partially out of his control. We did still have all the issues however and made our trip stressful at times when suppose to be a holiday.

Great communication and easy to deal with. Rv is fantastic and is as described! Would rent again.
