This was our first time renting a trailer. Lance made it easy and simple for us to pick up and get on the road. The trailer was in great shape, clean and full of everything we needed from dishes to towels. The operation of the trial was very easy, from set up to hook up and even clean out. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend renting this trailer from Lance, and we will be doing so again.

This was our first first family RV camping experience. Lance was patient and helpful addressing concerns, explaining the rental process and just overall excellent to deal with. The trailer itself was like new and pulls well with my SUV. It was clean, perfectly maintained and stocked with literally everything you could ever need on your trip. Would definitely rent this one again.

Lance has a great little unit. Everything you would need is there! Bed is comfy, fridge stays cold, shower works great, A/C was a blessing in this past heat wave and cooled the trailer off quickly. Lance was very quick responding to our questions and is super nice. Would 100% rent again and recommend to others.

Lance was very friendly, knowledgeable, and prepared. We were largely trailer novices and he was helpful and informative. The trailer is beautiful with a lot of additional bells and whistles, while still being easy to use. Lance keeps it stocked with a lot of extra supplies you don’t always remember to bring, which was incredibly handy. Awesome first RZEzy experience and would recommend renting this trailer from Lance to anyone.

Great experience will be booking again

The trailer was perfect and well maintained. We loved the tinted windows and kept the unit dark and cool. Well stocked with everything you would need-except camping chairs, and bedding. Take note that there is usually an airlock in the water hose for the water pump and you will need to use a manual bleed hose that is found underneath the stove to get the airlock out in order to run water. We were back-and-forth with the host who was not that helpful and didn’t tell us about those hose until the second day into our trip. He wanted to charge us for gas to come out to where we were camping or charge us to send out a maintenance guy. It was a simple solution that could’ve been dealt with easily. Also, be aware that the drop off time is 9 AM so depending on where you’re camping, you will need to pay for an additional day. Also make it VERY clear what time you would like to pick the unit up. He wouldn’t budge on the time once we agreed on it, even though the unit was ready the entire day; we couldn’t pick it up any earlier. So paid for a full day the first day and didn’t get it until 6pm. The value doesn’t seem fair due to the late pick up and early drop off. We found the host unreasonably, hostile and difficult to deal with. We paid for an additional day at the end also, so we didn’t have to bring the unit back first thing in the morning but he expected us to have the unit back by noon that day and was threatening to not return our deposit. It was very awkward at drop off. He’s not a very easy-going individual. Have all communication documented through the RVEZY system.
