À propos de Gustavo

Thank you for letting us use your trailer it was very clean and the bed was comfortable but there’s a few thing I think that where missed …. There was only 11 crappy plastics forks no real forks knives or spoons. there was 3 of us staying 6 days . There was only 1 very small sharp knife that’s we all had to share to eat every meal . There was no dish cloth or paper towels and nothing to clean with except a gross old dirty sponge . The post and pans where nice but all metal the handle got extremely hot … there was no pot holders or anything to use. Burnt my hand a few times . When the guy dropped the trailer off he was very nice but had no idea where anything was or how anything worked . It would have been nice to have warm water but we where not shown where or how to light it . And he never turned on the the fridge before we got there . all the window where very hard to open and close . The drawer by the sink was broken and the one above the Bed was missing . The awning was missing the lock closes to the hitch . And there was not enough blocks of wood to level out the trailer . We made everything work with some difficulty .We figured most of it out on our own but every trailer is different so a little help showing us where everything was would have been helpful instead of just a dump and run . Great trailer, owner very easy to work with.

Great camper that suited our needs. The camper is older and has some minor damages but it was very clean and comfortable.

Trailer was clean, and worked well for our week of camping

Very responsive. The unit was very clean and fully functional. Everything was exactly as described. A++

We had an amazing first experience with Gustavo. He was so friendly and very easy to talk to. The trailer was very clean. We had such a great experience that we already want to pre-book for next year! We will definitely keep using Gustavo for booking. You won't regret booking with him.

Very clean trailer and AC worked really well. Was a great size for our family and pets. Would rent again!

Trailer was as advertised, clean, and owner was very responsive when we messaged. We had to wait a couple extra hours at the site for pickup even though we had a pre-arranged time, that was our only minor issue.

Great experience. Was was easier then I expected!

Very helpful drop off and pick up. The RV was very clean and perfect for our family. It would be good to provide enough plates and utensils for each person. Thank you for helping to make our holiday great.

Was a pleasure renting Amigo's Palomino Puma RV, will be looking forward to renting from them again. Thanks, Anthony and Heather.

Easy communication, and flexible pick up and drop off time which was much appreciated!

Great communication! Clean trailer. Worked great.

Awesome trailer, in excellent condition. Gustavo was fabulous to deal with, very accommodating and patient when we had to deal with last minute changes due to severe weather. We hope to rent Amigos Palomino Puma again. 😀

Excellent unit, exactly as listed.

Friendly and accommodating Clean and tidy

Owners were very accommodating, easy to deal with. Unit was delivered and picked up on time.

Our first time to rent a trailer and it was very good experience with my big family, very clean. Giovani delivered the trailer was a very nice guy. Gustavo is very accommodating for all my inquiries, very helpful . Definitely I will rent him again. Thank you.

Owner is accommodating and trailer was very clean. Solar panel works great for keeping the batteries charged.

Friendly interaction with owners. Unit was exceptionally well maintained and clean. Highly recommend these units. Will absolutely rent through them Again.

Great RV for the weekend.

The trailer was very clean and smelled great. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this owner!

Gustavo was such a pleasure to deal with. He was so patient and kind while I was dealing with some booking issues on my end. By the time we arrived, the trailer was fully set up and ready to go. The bed in the trailer was the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in while camping and the trailer was just perfect for our 3 day trip. I was AMAZED at how clean the trailer was when it was dropped off and everything worked as it should have. We had everything we needed and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be booking with Gustavo again! We highly recommend him!

Quick responses from owner.

RV was very clean and Gio was great.

Good unit for weekend getaway for two. Appreciated the delivery work by Gustavo and Gio. There are a few items to address for the owner- The main bed is very uncomfortable and should be upgraded. Fridge normally worked on propane but stopped on final day (it did work when hooked up to power). Frying pan Teflon flaking off and should be discarded.

The trailer was a great size and was delivered on time. Unfortunately, the fridge stopped working on us and there was no bowls or plates. So just make sure to bring your own. Owners were very responsive to messages and answered questions promptly

Unit was clean and easy to pull, all equipment was supplied.

Drop off and pick up was a dream! The setup was done so well and I appreciated all the work. One major downside was the comfort of the main bed. We could not use it because we could feel the space underneath in our backs. We ended up with my husband in our car one night because we could not use the bed, and I left a night early to chase some zzzzs If they fixed the board underneath this experience would be 5 stars!!

Gustavo & Giovanni were easy to make contact with and excellent service to pick up & return their RV. The trailer was perfect fit for this couple and had everything we needed. Thank you

Good

Great owners! And great trailer for the bigger family. Thank you so much.

Had a fantastic time! Gio and Gustavo were super easy to deal with and the experience was great! Would do again for sure!

Such a great experience! Thanks for the wonderful camper for the weekend was exactly what we needed!

It was an absolutely amazing experience to rent an RV specially for us first time renters. The RV is clean and comfortable and the owner is wonderful! We are definitely requesting this unit on our next reunion camp! 👍👍

Very nice RV. Clean and sanitized. Well equipped. We had it delivered and were very pleased with the service.

Gustavo was great to deal with, as was Gio who delivered the trailer. The trailer was very clean. I would definitely rent from him again!

This is my first time to rent an RV. It was a great camping experience with an RV. It was nice to meet Gustavo, easy to deal with him and had an exceptional service. We’ve liked the bunk beds set up that made the RV spacious. We’ll contact him again for our next RV renting needs in Red Deer area.

Gustavo is awesome! The RV was delivered on time at our campsite.. The RV is great, clean and complete with essentials needed for our camping experience. Will highly recommend this Owner to friends who wants to rent an RV.

A really nice trailer and really helpful and friendly service.

Overall a very good experience! Gus is a very friendly and helpful person to deal with. We had a little hiccup at the beginning with the water lines but everything got sorted out professionally and quickly. The trailer was extremely clean and everything worked well. It slept 4 people comfortably. Would recommend (:

RV was delivered right when we asked, it was clean and totally ready for us. A simple and overall super great experience! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a simple way to get away!

We had a great trip with this trailer! Gustavo was very accommodating and helpful! Trailer was in great shape, very clean, everything worked (including A/C)) which came in handy a couple days! Would recommend to anyone looking to get away.

Gustavo was amazing! He responded immediately and got his trailer to us in 24 hours as per our last minute rental. He explained everything, very accommodating in our change of return time. The trailer was clean and had everything we needed for a fun family vacation. Would totally recommend and rent again.

I only started renting RV trailers last year using Outdoorsy Ap. It was great but i felt, this year the cost of service went up a lot. i came cross RVezy and found it was cheaper and user friendly and their service cost was reasonable. I will say, do your comparison before you book. I had my fair part of challengers in the past with with RV breaking down, water issue, plumbing issue and list goes on and on but NOT this time. It was a pleasure to meet Gustavo! talk about service at it best!. so helpful and clean RV. He checked all my concerns and insure i did not have to worry about anything. Great RV with close to zero deficiency. It was perfect for family of 5. Mom, Dad, Grandma and 2 kids! I am going to use him again in the next trip with in Red Deer!

Great unit, lots of camping chairs, very clean, great layout. The bed is very comfortable. Gustavo was accommodating for our short-notice rental. Quick pick up. Highly recommend!
