Tabitha S.août 2021Communication with Cam was great. He even allowed us to pick up the trailer early due to our plans. The trailer was very nice and everything worked well. We did have to clean the trailer as it was a bit dirty, and the black water tank was not empty so it was stinky and we had to clean it out. The coffee pot was missing so we missed out on our morning coffees but other than those little things this rental was great. Anna Z.juil. 2021Our first time using Rvezy and renting from a private. Good experience overall. We had a great trip and enjoyed the trailer. It's spacious and comfortable, exactly like on the photos. Cameron was great. Easy to deal with and fast to communicate. We did have a problem with the black tank that we managed to solve eventually, so my recommendation for the future is always to make sure you receive the tanks totally empty! Bring your own dishes, utensils, pots, pans etc because the trailer doesn't have many of those. Same for blankets, pillows and towels. Maybe also camping chairs. It does include a BBQ and a propane fire bowl.
- David W.mai 2021Cam was great to work with, even accommodating a south end pick up and drop off. We brought the trailer back a day early as we didn't need the required five day booking. Cam met us as soon as we called and we were able to unhook and go through everything on the return. Upon pick-up we were so excited to see that the trailer is actually as good as it looks online. It is easy to tell that Cam is very proud of it and keeps it in top condition. It is well stocked and the beds are comfy. There are some great perks that come with the package such as the outdoor TV for watching the game and the drinks fridge along with the barbeque attachment and a cupboard full of movies for rainy days. The only thing we might add is a check list for set up and take down as not all the renters will be as familiar with the process as we are. If we can find another open camping spot we will not hesitate to check in and see if this one is available again. Thanks Cam!
