We were very disappointed in the hand over process when picking up the motorhome. Tatjana asked her son to do this and while he did his best there was information that was missed had Tatjana done this. The fridge was not clean and the freezer smelled terrible. We had to disinfect the freezer and the fridge before we could use them. The motorhome was dirty and had to be cleaned. The kitchen kit consisted of disposable plates and cutlery as well as a small frying pan, a large pot (this was quite good) kitchen utensils, an electric kettle, an electric toaster and an electric sandwich maker. There was no coffee maker. This is not worth $75.00. The bedding/linen kit consisted of only a bottom sheet for each of 4 beds, small blankets that smelled as though they hadn't be washed since the last people used them, a hand towel and a bath towel. All of this for 5 adults. This is not worth $75.00 At the very least we feel that the cleaning fee of $150.00 should be refunded.
