Janet and Jim were absolutely awesome renters for us! They came down to meet us in person when considering Goldie for their trip (and treated us to our drinks). They planned superbly in advance by asking lots of packing questions, which goes a long way, and they even read through the RV operating manual beforehand! They kept us in the loop with how the trip was going and making logistics arrangements for dropoff. Most importantly, they brought the RV back in excellent condition and gave us some great feedback for our future rentals. Needless to say, Janet and Jim are 5 star renters and we were thrilled their trip went off without a hitch and with minimal attention (early on) in the 4 weeks.
