Communication was stellar and even had a wonderful gift basket to kick off our trip.

Jenn was absolutely amazing! We are new to the RV world and had major anxiety about this experience. However, Jenn took all of that worry away from the moment we booked with her. She communicated every step of the way during the rental process. As an added bonus Jenn provides a 30 minute orientation explaining the features of the RV as well as the appliances and hook ups. During our adventure she was available for questions with an excellent response time. The RV was spotless, easy to drive, and utilize. Jenn went above and beyond to make this experience absolutely perfect-do yourself a HUGE favor and choose Jenn's Jayco you will not be disappointed.

Jen was amazing host. She worked with us on delivery and return. She is knowledgeable and such a joy to work with. We will definitely be working with her amd RvEzy for our future adventures!

This is my first time using RVesy. I was luck to have a renter in JENN. You couldn't ask for a more perfect partner in renting a RV. JENN was very supportive and answered all my questions. She left no detail unanswered. She explained everything so simply that when we got to our destination, we were all settled in no time. JENN even provided a warm goody bag with treats and decorations for our trip. A very nice and sincere gift. I will be renting from JENN for our next trip. This was a very easy experience and one that eeveryone should enjoy.
