The RV was excellent we hired it for 22 days and everything worked really well, lots of room for four adults and the air conditioners worked really well In the Yosemite/Vegas heat, with 50 amps the RV is a motel on wheels, the washer and dryer was a bonus. Denise was excellent to work with. Definitely would hire the RV again

This RV was awesome! So big and roomy, and the sleeping areas were all so comfortable, perfect for 7 people. Denise was so great to work with. She was super responsive both before and during our trip, and was available at any point to answer any questions. She was super sweet and helpful, which made our experience even better. The best rv hands down pictures do not do it justice!!! Highly recommended! Owner is super nice and responds super fast went anything is needed . I am very satisfied!

We had an awesome first time experience, Host meet us on the pick up And explained us everything in the details she was always on the phone for our questions. We haven’t had any issues or problems. The mattress is super comfortable. We were able to travel around and enjoyed the nature around. We would definitely recommend this RV to everyone!

Good RV, we had a great trip. Host was helpful and price seemed like best value available. Awning and DVD player were broken. No other complaints.

Our original booking was cancelled the day before our trip and replaced with a smaller RV. We had some issues that Denise was apologetic for and willing to rectify. We were 1st time users so there were a lot of things we didn't know. I'm grateful that she allowed us to rent from her knowing our lack of experience, and she was very flexible and understanding. I would have preferred to be able to call during situations that needed immediate assistance rather than send messages. But overall she was a good host and the RV got us all the way to Arizona and back safely!

The day of pickup I received communication, when already in route to pick up the RV, to see if I could delay two hours. I explained thatto see if I could delay two hours. I explained that I was already on the way, with kids and luggage, and therefore could not delay. The reason behind the communication was due to the RVs backup camera system was not operating properly. I explain to Denise that I was not concerned because I could always have somebody back me up safely. Three hours into our journey south to Florida, after only a few bathroom uses, the toilet began to back up, and the smell was horrendous. Even though the tank gauge was reading empty, the system was obviously full. Essentially, I was given an RV with a full sewage tank Denise, Denise did refund us $100 but I don’t feel that makes up for the stress added to our vacation. During the drive south Florida we began to notice how poorly the RV had been cleaned, an obvious exhaust leak(wish you could smell inside while driving), and shocks and handling left much to be desired. Once in Florida, we attempted to level and use the slide out portion ofOnce in Florida, we attempted to level and use the slide out portion of the RV. On the drive back to Virginia about three hours south of Fredericksburg. We started to hear a loud thumping sound under the RV and also a smell of burning rubber. We immediatelyWe immediately pulled over and assess the situation. The driver side rear inside tire tread had completely ripped off. The outside tire was so bald that wires were showing on the inside of the tire. I am mediately call Denise and was told it was my responsibility and to use roadside assistance, which I did. After a 3 1/2 hour delay the tires were replaced for free, but again you had another example of a poorly maintained unit.. And closing, all I can say is owner communication was always on point, however, the RV needs much work in order to be safe on the road.
