Well equipped and clean RV, suited the family well for our trip to CapCod. The owner was very nice and advised us to make our trip easier and troubles.

Nice RV in like new condition.

First time using RVEZY and everything went well. Nancy was easy to work with and very helpful. The rental was clean and we did not encounter any issues or get any extra charges. It came with everything we needed. The Bluetooth electric brake for the trailer worked well as our Truck wasn’t equipped with the tow package, the device came in handy and was easy to use. Great first experience.

Je recommande fortement! Roulotte bien équipée, confortable et super propre! Nous avons adoré notre séjour à bord de la roulotte. Nancy a été une super hôte, une propriétaire consciencieuse qui a répondu à toutes nos questions avec gaieté. Très ponctuelle pour la livraison et le retour. Nous renouvellerons assurément l’expérience l’an prochain! Merci beaucoup Nancy !

Très belle expérience et la propriétaire Nancy nous a aidé à quelques reprises. Elle était très facile à rejoindre. Mes commentaires négatifs sont envers RVEZY. Je n'ai pas apprécié être obligé de payer les frais d'assurances alors que j'avais le FAQ27. Les frais reliés à la location de la roulotte étaient raisonnables mais les surcharges de RVEZY démesurées.

At first everything was great, Asleep dome to pick up the trailer super early I complied When I arrived I noticed the spare had a hole in it Her excuse was yeah the previous renter had a flat Looked at me with a grin as if the other dude was stupid That’s what a spare is for in case u get a flat The trailer is all kinked by damages the front wall is all dented Front left corner is all banged up and plywood is exposed So if u catch rain while driving by to wherever Water infiltration is guaranteed Battery is dead and Nancy knows about it so dead that it doesn’t even charge The propane system does not operate or cannot operate due to a weak battery to get it going When booked asked for additional generator and propane refill at the end of the trip Generator was nowhere to be found and what I liked was Nancy asking me if I filled up the propane tanks before returning it. I told her I couldn’t use her system and paid for refilling so why would I be responsible filling them up One big note Nancy started calling texting asking question ls when I would return it starting at 1130 am on the day of the return Upon taking the rental we had not discussed the return time, however I specifically mentioned that I would be back Sunday evening from our camping trip She kept calling on Sunday, when ur vacationing ur phone is not always on you. So eventually when I got to it and called her back, got a very unhappy Nancy in the phone telling me how if I returned it in the evening at 7 pm she didn’t have time to fix or change the spare tire ( how is that my problem ? Shouldn’t have given it to me with a hole in the spare in the first place or at least remove the spare tire from the trailer and get it fixed while I was away instead of rushing me ) That was clash 1 Clash 2 happened when I got woken up at 0600 am next day by a screaming Nancy on the phone, Where are my registration papers !!!! Mind you I returned the trailer the night before at 1900 she had plenty of time to verify it in the evening if all was in order upon the return she chose not to. I went camping with my wife and kids who are 10,7 and 6, the last 2 are my girls And they play with stuff touch things, and possibly move things I told Nancy that I would ask my kids if they saw the registration papers or moved them when they wake up Ppl with children understand, that when ur back from a 4 day trip on the beach ur kids are tapped out and waking them up at 0600 am when they went to bed at 11 after a super exciting vacay is not the right thing to do But Nancy clearly does not understand that, and insisted on me waking them, which I refused I had suggested she logged into the SAAQ portal and print out a new registration while I make my inquiries with my family She lost it on me over the phone started yelling and screaming how it’s irresponsible of me Perhaps, yes I should of verified where the trailer registration was at the end of a long day However being a landlords ourselves, we make sure to keep copies of everything in case things such as this one happen with tenant or renters That being said we found the registration and my wife dropped it off around 0930 am same day But Nancy kept on send me text messages, how irresponsible it was of me not to wake up my kids and so on Overall experience with this trailer is very poor It is not maintained, the work that needs to be put into it is minimal But I guess that how you make money in the end Buy something, rent it out and not spend a penny on maintenance …. That was my 2 cents on our experience
