We had a water pump issue and she responded right away walked us through how to correct. Helpful pointing out trailer features/set up.

We have 3 young children, one of which still sleeps in a pack and play and the trailer fit the crib well. Had a bit of trouble hooking and unhooking but we’re complete rookies so not expected that it would take us more time than a more experienced camper. Would 100% love to rent this trailer again!
