Sam was very communicative, but did need a lot of instruction as he is new to RVing and towing in general. Was very understanding when there was an unforeseen breakdown during pickup (tongue Jack winch failed) which took some of his time to wait for a fix. Unfortunately I would not rent to Sam again for two reasons. The first is that the trailer was returned filthy. When I gave him the chance to clean it during the return, it was still left in an acceptable condition. The second is that the manual awning was returned broken. Whether or not it was his fault is another question but when I asked during the return if there were any issues I was told no. I don’t feel comfortable renting out my property to someone who won’t be upfront about things. Sam would probably be better suited to a rental where delivery and trailer setup is included.
