Overall Tom was a very good renter, he respected our motorhome and brought it back clean and on time. There were two issues with the unit when it was returned. The first was a broken sparker knob on the stove and the second was a rock chip on the windshield. Tom will be paying for the sparker knob assembly to be replaced and I will be covering the cost for the rock chip as I didn't notice it during the return inspection. Tom gave us some good feedback with regards to providing better documentation for the various systems within the motorhome so we'll be updating these before our next rental.
