Everything was set up and clean for us upon arrival - and Donald made a video of the condition at the beginning to explain how things worked - very helpful. Trailer was in great condition. Dropped off and picked up at requested time. Great people. Returned my messages promptly with answers. Rv eazy was a great way to rent an RV.
