They gave us a full tutorial on how to open and close the trailer before we left. The camper is in excellent condition and you have to option to have it fully stocked with everything you need(as first time campers this was super helpful to us!) We highly recommend this rental! From the exemplary communication exchange to the thorough detail step by step instructions for setting up and taking down the trailer Jill and her husband were amazing hosts! The camper was fully stocked with all the necessities to make any camping trip a success. We had 4 children and 2 adults that all slept comfortably inside. We have never camped by trailer before, so the instructions provided were very thorough and complete to allow us to set up and take down in about 45 minutes giving us plenty of time for fun. Jill was very communicative before, during and after pick up and drop off. Talking with Jill and her husband was like talking with friends they were very forthcoming with more information about camping, various trailers and the needs to tow various trailers. Being global travellers pre-Covid this was a whole new experience for our family and Jill’s trailer experience got us hooked! We would definitely rent again from Jill and strongly recommend to anyone thinking of renting a trailer.
