When we arrived, the trailer was all set up, including a table and table cloth, mats, and chairs. The only thing that I would have liked to have known was that the door had to be pushed quite hard to close, which was a challenge when we had a baby napping inside the trailer and kept waking her. Also, the bathroom door won’t stay closed, so while using the facilities you had to hang on to the door handle. All that aside, I would recommend this trailer to future renters.

Only a few snags toilet backed up due to the previous renter didn’t use the proper RV Toilet paper needed for trailers and the main door didn’t lock all the time. Over all the stay ways great and great weather out in Penticton.

Whenever we had questions or concerns, they always responded quickly. The trailer was well equipped, and even provided some movies for the kiddos, a BBQ and propane, and outside table and lawn chairs. There were even games for our family to enjoy. One caution...the door was damaged prior to our rental, and was very hard to close, especially from the inside. The owners were going to have this fixed after our time in the trailer. We chose to give them 5 stars anyways, as this was the only issue to an otherwise amazing rental experience!

They set up the trailer easily and efficiently and were quick to answer any questions that we had. The trailer was very well equipped and even included some games for the kids! Jen and Mike went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great stay. We would without a doubt rent from them again. Thanks for helping us have such a great vacation!
