Tire blew the second day into the trip. All (4) tires on the trailer were new but the tire still blew. Renter contacted me and I helped them find a place to get the tire replaced. Because of this incident and possibly other personal details, the renters decided against continuing on the trip and instead chose to come home. It was an unfortunate occurrence (mainly because they had planned this trip for a while) but was also understandable. I contacted RVezy to get ahead of the trip cancellation and worked to ensure they were not charged for additional days where the trailer was not used.
