An older motorhome that has seen a lot of use. We were able to adapt to its issues and enjoyed a few days camping with our grandkids

Owner was delayed in his responses to our questions prior to arriving in Kelowna. 20 mins prior to picking up the RV, the owner tells us he's unable to meet with us at the RV, but his "worker" will be there... Who doesn't speak English. He sent us a video to explain some of the features of the RV. The video was not helpful as it didn't explain most of the important things such as the generator operation and thermostat for AC, as an example. We learned after calling the owner at pickup that the RV check levels don't work properly. Meaning the grey/black water read full but he told us it was empty..(we learned it was not actually empty), also the fresh water said full and was empty on pickup. We purchased bedding, that was not included during our pickup. When we called the owner, he asked us if we could drive 30 minutes to pick up the bedding because him coming to meet us would be too far out of his way. We picked up RV at 2:00pm, and the bedding was ready after 7:00pm, a huge inconvenience to not being able to leave the city if we needed to. Needless to say, we had to return to the RV pick up spot at 1030pm to get the bedding. It was never brought to us. The microwave was falling from the cabinetry. When we pointed this out to the worker it was "reattached" by a screw being placed into the under side of the cabinet, and another screw into the microwave itself. This obviously did not hold, and we were left with trying to fix/not cause any further damage during our trip so as not to be liable. The AC does not run on generator power, only on shore power when plugged in. This meant that unless we were at a campsite with hookups for the night, we could not cool the RV. It was 38 degrees in BC. While parked for a period of one hour, the battery for the main power (not auxiliary power) died while in Ucluelet, not an ideal place to have your vehicle die. Owner advised that he had never had any issues with the battery before. We were unable to start the RV for hours, and when the battery was finally tested, it was dead and needed to be replaced. The RV shakes terribly when driven any speed over 90-95kph. It does not feel safe. Had we known of all these issues we wouldn't have used rvezy to rent this RV. We read the previous reviews on this RV and didn't find a bad review. Which is alarming in my opinion. Sadly we have to give a zero out of ten, would not recommend.

While we had difficulties with motorhome, the owner was responsive and offered compensation for the issue.

Communication with the owner was excellent, very responsive to our inquiries while on the trip. RV met our expectations and was a great learning experience for first time RVers. Thank you Andre!

The brakes on the trailer were soft. But a great trailer for dry camping.

Andre was very accommodating and made this experience seamless. The trailer was great and had everything we needed including very powerful AC unit .

Great little motor home!!

5 stars for Andriy. He was super accommodating for the pickup and drop off. Went out of his way to ensure we had ample propane. The trailer had all the amenities needed for a winter camp and kept everyone warm. Clean inside and out and sits nice and high with lots of clearance.

This RV has a high clearance which is useful in some camping locations.

Trailer was clean. Pick up and drop off was seamless. We had a fun camping trip!

I would rent again if the check in times and check out times were not so ridiculous .everything else is great, RV is perfect, nice big viewing windows and the vehicle does not use all of gas !

Although Andriy was easy to deal with and accommodating, all the equipment in the trailer did not work. The water and fridge did not work. I appreciated his willingness to rent us his trailer but was disappointed that it wasn’t in proper working order as we negotiated a higher price because we were taking the trailer to a music festival and understood the high risk of the event.

Was not clean when we came to pick it up, and there was a voltage beeping sound on our second night did not feel safe in the vehicle, we left 1 night early.

Does the job! Need to bring your own hitch. But very easy and convenient to deal with

Overall, a great experience. The Host communicated well, with a quick response time, and accommodated an extra night stay. The RV worked as expected- no concerns with the water heater, generator or general mechanics. The pull out couch and all cushions were heavily used, and we purchased new linens and pillows, which were left with the unit. Overall, it met our expectations and allowed us to see more of BC than a hotel!

Was very responsive to questions, motorhome is a little older and showing it’s age, but nothing that hinders use.
