Dean went above and beyond for our trip, extremely friendly and professional!!! The Redwood was a beauty and completely stocked with everything we only had to bring our food and clothes!!! Not only that everything, I mean every single item, bedding utensils towels, chairs etc etc all new !!! Coming from hotel management background I’m particular about accommodation and this trip was 5 star all the way!!! Will book again without hesitation!!! Thank you Dean
