The communication was great and we would highly recommend Matt and Crystal's rental. Everything went smoothly other than bad weather which of course was no fault on Matt and Crystal's end but even so they offered us a complimentary night since we had to return the trailer earlier than expected. They gave a thorough walk-through and explanation of their trailer and all camp stuff that was included with the rental before sending us on our way. Their information package covered everything we needed to know and made setting up and packing up a breeze. They provide a clean comfortable space with anything and everything you could ever need for camping! We would definitely rent from them again!

Catherine D.août 2018We had an absolutely fabulous time renting Shasta Oasis, from Crystal. She was very accommodating and helped us through the maze, being first time/newbies RV rental. The trailer was perfect for our needs. We traveled from ON through spectacular N. ON to Saskatchewan, then to Montana, Wyoming(loved Wy), S/N Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Michigan back to Canada through Sault Ste Marie. No issue at all. The owner Crystal and Matt spent about 45 minutes walking us inside and outside the trailer in the rain. Matt accompanied me towing the trailer around the neighborhood just make sure I am comfortable with the driving. The brochure is very detailed and it is colored! To my surprise, the trailer is well-stocked. It has cooking utensils, plates, bowls, cups, kettle, knifes, lighter, etc. Even paper tower and detergent are provided. Some outdoor stuff are also provided. The owner also provided some free gifts for us which we enjoyed very much during camping (I will not disclose it here to keep it as surprise). I think the owner are well planned and well thought about renting their trailer.
