Everything went well! We will rent from Al again. He lent us a hitch as ours was not high enough. Explained set up, take down, and all his tips and tricks. Trailer was in very good condition and well taken care of. Beds were comfortable and warm in the cool mountain weather.

Great service, clean unit.

Al saved our vacation. I'd had a hitch installed, but didn't realize the electrical hook up wasn't completed. He phoned a contact and we had the wiring installed within the hour enabling us to continue with our vacation. Very helpful with demonstrating how the tent trailer worked and pleasant to interact with.

The overall experience was great. Alan was extremely helpful with RV newbies like us, patiently showed us everything. Small issue with the furnace but Alan offered great alternatives to compliment. Will go back again.

Very clean, everything worked great! Very happy to have this tent trailer, with a heater, on our raining camping weekend. Al ran through everything on pick up, so things went very well setting it up and taking it back down. If we rent a tent trailer in the future, we will talk to Al first!

Al was great in explaining the details of the tent trailer. It turned out I brought the wrong hitch (not high enough from the ground) and forgot the 4pin to 9pin converter for the trailer lights. Al lent us both at no charge! The trailer performed perfectly in Jasper during some chilly nights and hot afternoons. Our two kids had a blast! We’ll be looking to contact Al again next year for some more tent trailer fun Michael
