Very happy with the trailer. We needed to buy a wiring harness to convert from round connector to flat connector, as our vehicle had only the flat connector, but Lori offered to purchase it from us for future renters. Very nice gesture. Overall a great weekend with the trailer.

Lori answered all our questions promptly and tried to accommodate us as best she could. Unfortunately the trailer was not set up properly for non-water hookup. She was given notice that we would be using it in a non-electric and non-water hook-up site. The water storage tank still had antifreeze in it. We asked about non-smoking and no-pets but the trailer smelled like smoke when we opened the door so we aired out everything. The mat was covered in pet hair so we took it out. These things can easily be rectified for the next renter if using it without utilities.
